Do you have a property in Whistler you are looking to rent seasonally or year-round to a Whistler business?
Do you have a Whistler business, and would like additional employee housing to assist with the attraction and retention of staff?
Home Run is a property rental program matching business owners with property owners for workforce housing solutions. It is administered by the Whistler Housing Authority and managed by a licensed property manager.
The goal of the program is to provide a mechanism for homeowners to be able to assist with the local housing challenges faced by businesses and employees. Homeowners are given a streamlined, low risk option to earn rental income from their vacant properties and local businesses are able to find stable accommodation for their employees.
By renting your property through Home Run you are contributing to Whistler’s vibrant community. The resort’s workforce needs accommodation.
Property owners of suites, condominiums, townhouses and single family homes throughout Whistler are encouraged to submit their contact information to learn more about the program.
Property owners may select one of two levels of service - either a full property management service or a tenant placement service. There are no upfront out-of-pocket fees to the homeowner, as all fees are directly deducted from the monthly rental amount after a lease has been signed.
